IMA automatic sublimation system composed of semi-automatic bagging machine and sublimation oven with patented system.
The semi-automatic bagging machine manages the “bagging” and sealing operation of the metal profiles or panels, to be subjected to sublimation, with the appropriate decorated transfer film, creating a tubular bag.
The oven deals with the heat treatment of the metal profiles and panels which are subjected to the sublimation process.
The oven is built as a monoblock, with a galvanized sheet metal structure and insulated with rock wool and equipped with a stainless steel heat exchanger, n. 2 side hoods with air recirculation system and sublimation fume extraction via venturi system positioned at the ends and adjustable; n.2 structures made up of carbon steel profiles, fixed to the oven with a patented system for moving the suction system.
The oven has been designed to ensure uniform internal ventilation.
